Description:
Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z span around 60 years of current adults and 60 years worth of differences in sociological functioning. As supervisors, we have to take into account these variances and know how to manage them effectively.
Learning Objectives:
1. Learn how to manage the complexities of supervising someone who is in a different generation.
2. Analyze what it means to come from each generation as a counselor.
3. Learn how to decrease bias around generational differences.
