Description: 

EFT Tapping works. This somatic, body-based modality regulates the nervous system, reprocesses distress, intercepts triggers, cravings, anxiety, phobias, false beliefs, physical pain and much more. Tapping lowers blood pressure, cortisol levels, heart rate and effectively induces sleep.


Clients are able to use EFT Tapping on their own, when they need it and where they need it to quickly downward regulate their nervous system. EFT Practitioners can work with clients to resolve more complex, persistent and refractory issues in a contained, secure and well-managed setting.


This is a didactic and experiential workshop that will show you the safest ways to Tap with yourself and with clients in clinical and sub-clinical settings for maximum benefit.


Learning Objectives:

1. Be able to explain to clients how and why EFT Tapping works, as well as share some of the research available in support of same.


2. Be able to demonstrate use of EFT Tapping with self and clients using a safe, body-based approach.


3. Be able to guide clients in how best to use EFT Tapping on their own safely and for maximum benefit.


4. Verbalize understanding of multiple EFT Tapping training tracks and learning opportunities.

Melissa Lester, LCSW and EFT Tapping Trainer has specialized in psychotherapy for women since 2005. She incorporates multiple body-based therapy modalities into her practice such as Meditation, EFT Tapping, Hypnosis, Progressive Counting and other Somatic approaches.


Melissa began using EFT Tapping with her clients in 2013 and her clients have achieved truly incredible results. Melissa is committed to sharing Tapping with as many people as possible -  because everyone deserves relief, resilience and results.
