Description:
This 3-day In Person Brainspotting Phase 2 training will begin with an extensive review of Phase 1 techniques with an emphasis on the foundational skills valued in brainspotting approach to increase attunement and connection with clients.
Attendees will be introduced to several brainspotting applications that assist with client regulation and resourcing helpful for individuals who are in the fight/flight polyvagal state as well as applications helpful with clients who struggle with focus and sustained attention as well as those who struggle to feel sensations in their body.
Techniques taught with PowerPoint lecture, discussion with in depth question and answer sessions, live demonstrations and practicums to practice the skills taught.

Jana Glass is a Licensed Professional Counselor certified in Brainspotting, Addictions, Perinatal Mental Health and Telemental Health. She is in private practice in Sandy Springs, Georgia. She is an approved Trainer of The Brainspottting Institute and teaches Brainspotting Phase 1, Phase 2, and Speciality Trainings that include Supporting Sobriety during Pregnancy. She has been instructing these trainings since 2019 and promotes the highest standards of training, ethics, and setting a healing frame of respect and support. Jana found her own healing through Brainspotting and is passionate about getting these techniques to healers to help people who have unwanted behaviors to live a better life.
